In Dr. DREAM’s workshops and seminars he starts off wearing the cape and sharing about how it represents the magic of our ability to create our own reality. At a certain point in the program, he explains that we all have “Dr. DREAM” inside us and we are all capable of holding a vision, intending it, taking action and then manifesting it in our lives.
He completes the rest of the program without the cape.
